However I found Telewest/Virgin's customer service to be very poor. Once it was running however, it was reliable and fast. Although as an early adopter of broadband (Dual linked ISDN lines at home) back in the mid 90's they were good at the time... I've been a Virgin Broadband (was Telewest then changed name to Blueyonder) for about 7 years and never had a problem. I also have a BT ADSL line at home that I use for work as I *100% guarantee* that it is slower than my Virgin cable modem. I agree…BT are not good. I’ve been a Virgin Broadband (was Telewest then changed name to Blueyonder) for about 7 years and never had a problem. I also have a BT ADSL line at home that I use for work as I *100% guarantee* that it is slower than my Virgin cable modem.
